Faren Jones is a community enthusiast who is determined to leave the world better than she found it. A native of Indianapolis, Faren attended Indianapolis Public Schools for K-12, graduating from Arsenal Technical High School. She obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis, most recently an MPA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She has also earned her CFRE credential.

Throughout her career, Faren has worked with a variety of businesses and nonprofit organizations, from grassroots to those with an international scope. Known for having a high standard of ethics, the ability to accomplish any task at hand, and effectively leading teams of varying levels of functioning, Faren is most passionate about helping others operate in their purpose, dismantling ineffective and oppressive systems, eliminating the status quo so that the entire community is able to thrive, and ensuring that mission fulfillment is always a priority over anything else.
